What inexpensive haircut places do you know that are still good?

i knoe this sounds like sterotypic but if u go to the asian salons. its usually really good if u have a picture or explain specifically the way you want it. and no, you dont have to be asian to go to an asian salon. the good haircut is about 14bucks and dying hair is usually 20bucks. u can get the exact haircut like the ones in Beverly hills salon that my other friend goes to that costs 60usd
