What is the best scene haircut you can get at a public place?

I'm on low budget and I only trust one person to cut my hair and that's my stylist write now but she is classy and Mexican so it's hard to explain to her what I want. I need an easy way to explain scene hair to my stylist. If there is one. I want to get scene hair that looks good and dyed super light blond with black raccoon tails and pink streaks. your best bet is to bring in a picture. if you cant find exactly find one with the cut and another with a similar dye. its really hard to explain whats going on in your head to someone else, just be prepared it might not be perfect, but if your confident, its worth a try! =]

and ask for really short layers, and the bottom left long


as for the colour you could put that in yourself
