Recruits don't rate a ';high and tight';. Actually, you can't have anything other then a shaved head until you graduate boot camp. In other words, you'll get thrashed and they'll shave your head any wayWhat happens if a recruit shows up to Paradise Island or San Diego with a high and tight haircut?

They would cut off what little remains. About a third of those that report on any given day have already got what they considered to be an appropriate haircut but the marines use a clipper to cut it uniformly short to about one fourth of an inch. BTW, I assume you mean Parris Island.
When I was in, they shaved everyone's head, even if it was already shaved.


Be the way, they charged us for the haircuts in boot camp.
A high and tight is not the standard bootcamp haircut. They shave your head.
They shave his head totally so he looks like everyone else.
Probably get the rest of it shaved off.
