What kind of haircut should I have for my angular face? Its heart shape with a slighty square jaw.?

I look very good with wispy bangs and have them. I like the bob but I'm afraid to wear it due to my angulat jawline and petite face. Any suggesttions? Sorry I cant show you a picture. Also how can I go fom reddish brown hair to Honey blonde hair or blonde hair which is cooler toned? My hair is too brassy colored for my skin tone.
