How much would you tip an unsatisfactory haircut to the stylist?

If you were dissatisfied with a haircut you got but your hairstylist was nice to you, how much would you tip the hairstylist? Remember, you are dissatisfied!How much would you tip an unsatisfactory haircut to the stylist?
In my opinion, you tip someone only for an outstanding service. Or, a service that exceeds expecations.





I don't think there is any need to tip for a level of service that does not meet your expectations and is grossly unsatisfactory. In my view, a tip is an incentiv/reward for a job well-done and not to given just for the sake of it!

Same thing happened to me as 'thewords' said, and I had been going to that hairdresser for 15 years.........I tipped her as usual, NEVER went back again, and ';tipped'; everyone I could of my experience there. I'm positive the word got back to her.

Omg i got like the WORST haircut ever yesterday. Apparently there was a huge miscommunication between me and the hairdresser of what I wanted lol, anyways when I left I gave her the same amount of tip that I give any hairdresser simply because I knew that I would never be going back to her, and that I would strongly recommending people to NOT go to her...
the same as a normal hairstylist. If you are dissatisfied tell them and they fix it. If you are dissatisfied maybe you did not specify what you wanted clearly enough. You probably wont go see them again anyway.
