There is this haircut that I found a long time ago that is done by specialist with C shaped scissors it can transform straight hair into being wavy untill your hair grows back out.
Has anyone heard of this? do you know what its called? I have looked and I cant find anything on it on the web.

Huh, never heard of it. I get my hair permed so it can be wavy though...
just get your hair permed... its much better
