Is haircut a solution for getting rid of curly hair in early age?

My daughter is 3 years old and have curly hair. Few people have suggested me that if I get her hair cut frequently, she will get rid of curly hair. Is that true? Any opinion please?

Thanks in advance...Is haircut a solution for getting rid of curly hair in early age?
that is completely not true, but the weight of the hair may weigh it down and make it less curly. the only way that would be true is because when u grow ur hair changes, for example my hair was really curly when i was little then it changes to etremely wavy and now it is really straight on top and on the bottom it is wavy but that may be because it is way longer than it was when i was younger, but anyways yeah. thata is soooo not trueIs haircut a solution for getting rid of curly hair in early age?
your hair is controlled by your genetic material, nothing you do to it will ever permanently change it. Unless you undergo chemo, maybe. longer hair, however, will typically be less prone to tighter curls because of the weight of the hair. Short hair will encourage curls.
It's not true, and I would encourage you to embrace her beautiful curls and teach her that her curls make her special.

if her hair is curly now getting it cut wont make it straight it is either just going to be naturally curly or you are going to have to just wait until it falls straight if it ever does.
Curly hair is a beautiful natural gift she has got, buddy. I suppose she'd look so nice in a curly hair when she's grown-up, the natural look that she has endowed from that powerful force above.
Why don't you want her to have curly hair? Curls are beautiful! Respect your daughter and what nature has given her!
I had the same problem. They shaved my head and it regrew straight.
