Super short (like pixie) haircuts generally look best on women with small features. A short cut will really emphasize your face in general. Even with a large nose, if she's really pretty a short haircut may look amazing. I've had short hair for years and I love it and get many compliments on it. The cut doesnt matter as much as the part. A middle part on a person with a large nose makes it stand out more. Sorta like pointing an arrow at the nose. A side part for a person who has a prominant nose tends to lesson it. Just move the part over and point it to a gorgeous eye or perfect brow.

it makes it look bigger. because you dont have the hair so peoples attention will be more on your face rather than your hair.
its not that it would look bigger just that there would be more attention to your face so people will notices your nose, eyes, lips etc.

my hair was about at my rib cage. then i cut it so it was just below my shoulders. my nose did not get bigger or smaller when i cut my hair. so i think your nose will just stay the same size.
