How do I ask For A Haircut like what Hayley Williams has in the Ignorance video?

Ok so I just saw the video for Paramore's new song, Ignorance, and I am now obsessed with getting my hair cut like how Hayley Williams has it in the video. Can anybody tell me what I should ask the stylist to do, to get this hair cut? if you don't wanna bring in pictures, you could just say you want a lot of choppy layers cut with a razor, starting at about ear-level, and the last layer falling just past your shoulders, and that you want choppy side bangs as well. :D

hey u should just get a pic from the video and bring it with u to get it cut. or you can just tell them to layer it a lot with the longest layer being a little off the shoulders and side bangs. then you will have to style it yourself good luck %26lt;333
