She has hair right above her chest. She has babydoll bangs and her hair is very layered. She wants to get her haircut but she doesn't know how she should get it cut. Id go with just a trim. Im a fan of longer hair. But if your friend is tired of her look completely, I still wouldn't do anything drastic. Cutting off more then 3+inches at one shot might be regretted later.

Hmm.. id say a bowl cut. Yeah, dye it like a dirty blonde color, then a good old bowl cut with bangin sideburns. Hot!
I would recommend she doesn't get a haircut. from what you say, she looks pretty good.
