What Salons are best to ask hairdressers for an emo haircut?

Which salons are best to ask for an emo haircut? Becus i dont want to just go to a random salon and ask for an emo haircut but they dont know what the heezey im talking about. And how would i know if the person would know what an emo cut is or whether the person would be good at styling and cutting my hair into an emo hair? What Salons are best to ask hairdressers for an emo haircut?
Option 1: A younger, trendier salon - for example Headlines - they often employ younger people who've just come out of college - they will know the up-to-date methods of cutting and styling hair. Have a peek in the window before booking your appointment, check out the hairdressers' own hair - if they have great hair cuts then they'll likely know what you're after.

Option 2: Go to your local hairdresser and take a photo - they're less likely to mess it up if they have a picture reference, also explain how you want choppy layers, razor cutting, sideswept fringe, sideparting etc.

Option 3: Cut it yourself - risky, but you could buy a razor comb and you'd be less likely to mess it up as it cuts such small amount of hair. Maybe this is only an option though after you've had it cut properly and you need to trim it slightly. What Salons are best to ask hairdressers for an emo haircut?
Your best bet is to go somewhere trendy, or somewhere where young people work. I went to an older lady once for a super choppy layered style, and she gave me a grandma cut!! Go to a young stylist with a little bit of a punk edge, and make sure you take a picture! That is the only way to guarantee they get it right. Good luck!
theres no particular salon, but go somewhere local, that has real trained people not just drones like the people at places like hair masters. bring in a picture or two of what you want and they should be able to copy it for you.
Why don't you get a picture of how you want it to look and then just take it in with you and ask for that? It's the easiest way and it's what I always do and it turns out awesome.
Go to a barbershop with all the black people.

They won't give you an emo haircut.

They'll give you a good haircut, which is what you should have.
Bring in a picture to show them. =) Good luck, emo haircuts are hot.
