nothing. i wouldn't even both washing it.
i came in one time for a haircut right after a shower well my hair was still wet from it, and they still washed it over again.
you dont need to do anything, they'll wash it there. just wear it down and how you would usually wear it so he/she can get a feel for what he/shes working with
No, because your hairstylist will have to wet your hair anyway to cut your hair.
