Im thinking about getting the scene haircut, and i need some pics to show my hair stylist?

Im 13, and im looking for a decent scene haircut. My hair is a medium brown-ish color with blond highlights. And my hair is about maybe 5 or 6 inches below my shoulder. And i cant dye my hair, just get it cut. Any pictures would help.Im thinking about getting the scene haircut, and i need some pics to show my hair stylist?

I have scene hair and from experince let me tell yo it like this:

most scene kids cut their own hair and thats really aweome, but if your like me and anything you cut turns to crap id get your haristylist to do it. most hairstlyists dont get it and dont get it right, so be prepaired to explain extensivly that you want layers like **** and wnat all the layers diffrent sizes and ask for some one inch layers... they end up cutting more closely to what you want. and you can ask them to cut it with a razor [ONLY IF U HAVE STRAIGHT HAIR NATURALLY]

go to google and type in scene girl, or scene hair... lots of options.

and you can fix it if they mess up. but if u have sholder legnth hair make sure they dont cut it all off
I got my hair cut at Paul Mitchelle. They did a GREAT job. When u first come out, it doesnt look like the desired way, but after u flat iron it and tease it, it will(:

Tell them u want triangle layers, starting with the middle of ur hair and up. leave the middle and down normal and long (tell them not to cut that part) tell them u want the top layer to be short.

then when u get home, flat iron it ALL, and tease the layers.
you can get a razor comb from sallys beauty supply ans razor the top and leave a basic length thats thinner then the rest but the longest chances are you will f it up if you dont have a scene kid to help you your first time im scene and i still cut to much off sometimes but i no how to cover up a f up
Scene kids do their hair alone...

i'm edging into the scene look too; move too fast and people will call you a scene-wannabe... sad but true. so start with looking at youtube videos and copy them. use scissors and cut in a downward motion, some people use razors but that's really really REALLY bad for your hair.

so yeah :) edge into it, layering more every couple of weeks :) best of luck

x
dont go to a hairstylist

they'll f it up.

they always do

find a scene kid who does there own hair
