Is it normal to get haircut while you are menstruating, according to Islam?

I've heard from people that during your menstruation period, you can't trim your hair %26amp; nails. Is it true? and why wouldnt u be able to??? use ur mind Islam is a religion that speaks to ur mind so if something isnt hurting you then 90% it's ok to do it... :)


and to answer your question yes u can it's quite normal the only time that u cant trim your hair or nails is when you're in Hajj and only till you finish the rites of Hajj :))

There's nothing wrong with it. Hazrat Ayesha (R.A) used to brush the Prophet Muhammad's long hair when she was menstruating which probably means you can cut hair and stuff too.
There is no reason, Islamically, to avoid these things at this time.
